Help Desk Service

Help Desk is a fee based service that provides immediate solutions to many of the simple but annoying and potentially damaging computer problems that occur from time to time. If your computer is slow, not responding properly or displaying error messages, call the User Friendly Help Desk. A computer technician will guide you through some basic diagnostic procedures to determine the problem, then explain each step necessary to correct it

Often we can help you diagnose and correct a problem in a few minutes and save you hours of “down time” and a service call. However, some problems cannot be corrected without a technician on the scene. If we determine your problem requires on-site assistance, we will schedule a technician to your location as quickly as possible. Help Desk means just that and there is never a charge if we cannot diagnose your problem.
